• Staff: 10 EVERY staff member we engaged with was delightful. So polite, friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Our room was next to the lift and I initially thought it might be noisy but other than an odd person chatting as they were going to their room it was very quiet. No noise heard from outside at all
• Room: 10 We had a room without a balcony which I thought might be disappointing, but it was stunning. The huge oval window gave a wide view of the area and opened easily for fresh air. The room itself was first class. Perfect shape and size. Bathroom was stunning. First class
