• Positive: The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff in the dining room were exceptional.
• Negative: Two staff were enough to annoy, complain and mar an otherwise faultless experience. One was the young girl who served in the purple room bar. Her personality was zero and would be worth one of the management team watching her attitude. She was exactly the opposite to all the other staff! The other was the camp waiter who was waiting tables outside the hotel. He was very stressed and took it out on the guest the fact that he was very busy. He once told us something was not available from the food menu just because he was too busy to prepare or get it made. His attitude towards us was very poor!

• Quietness: 5 Outside noisy when balcony doors are open which is a requirement as air-conditioning not working!

• Positive: The restaurant staff are amazing especially Theodora who was so pleasant and helpful, also the restaurant manager was so professional and Dani, nothing was too much trouble, these people are all do special and dedicated to making guests feel very special
• Negative: I had some Laundry and paid the receptionist on receipt and realised later she had short changed me by 10 euros, I know this to be definate because I only keep a 20 euro note in my purse for emergencies , I went back to reception later that day and said when they balanced the cash they would see they were 10 euros plus, when I went back they said this was not the case!!!!! Also last year was given discount for this years holiday and so booked direct with the hotel, but this apparently cannot be given at the time we would want to return I.e., February for four weeks again. Also I must say that the food was good on the hotel but not as good as last year which the variety was excellent and also the Chef was there most nights to carve and the plates were always replaced, quality and variety down on last year

• Positive: The cleanliness and newness of the hotel. The staff are all really friendly and always make an effort.
• Negative: Not that hotels fault but the pool is really cold (I know it was only March and expect that) but we did know that it is shade on a morning before we booked as we have stayed here previously. All the other good points outweigh this.
