• Negative: Not having the option to have the air conditioning on when it was very hot. This should be made very clear when booking. I booked this hotel specially because it advertised air conditioning, so have been misled. When I brought this up at reception I was dismissed by the receptionist.

• Positive: I think that was my 18week stay in the riviera we love staying there, the staff are so friendly we feel part of there family. Lounge bar on a night has first class acts on, food is good, what more do you want from a sit class hotel.
