• Positive: Most of all I liked the location — very comfortable to visit sightseeing, near the gothic area, near the metrostation Liceu, and several shop centers in step-type availability. Friendliness of reception.
• Negative: I disliked a dirty floor in room. It was clean only in my first day in that hotel. Then, all the time it was very dirty after a cleaning lady's visit.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Everything was absolutely ok, except the very dirty floor, which cleaning ladies didn't pay any attention to.
• Location: 10 Ferran street is very good, cosy, lively and populous ( from my point of view it's very good, because of it's safety if you are returning to hotel in the late evening).

• Staff: 10 Staff in reception area is excellent!
• Quietness: 7.5 Ferran street is very noisy, but that is not problem for me.
