• Negative: If you want cheap this is the place to be but you get what you pay for.

• Cleanliness: 5 It was a clean hotel and room.
• Location: 5 It was on a street loaded with hotels but was still a decent location.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 OK.
• Staff: 10 Staff was great. Anytime we needed assistance they were there and were very helpful.
• Quietness: 2.5 You could hear all the doors at night or in the morning opening and closing up and down the hall. They slam shut.
• Room: 5 OK.
• Value for money: 7.5 You get what yoy pay for. If you want low cost it's an OK place.

• Positive: I like everything about this hotel--the location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, the very helpful and friendly staff, the rooms, the price, the Basque restaurant next door. We have stayed at the Rialto a number of times and it will be our first choice when we return to Barcelona.
