• Situation: 10 Not far from sea front restaurants and bars and also local bus services
• Installations et services: 10 Service in restaurant very good and good selection of food at breakfast and dinner
• Personnel: 10 Very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned well and fresh towels provided. Not sparing with toilet rolls either as is sometimes the case in some hotels.
• Tranquillité: 10 No noise at night or daytime due to its excellent location
• Chambre: 10 Love the advantage of having an apartment type room with kitchen space with kettle. Good size balcony with good picturesque views. Beds are very comfortable

• Positif: Staff - all work very hard to make your hotel stay enjoyable and they are very friendly with it.

• Propreté: 10 Rooms and all communal areas kept very clean.
• Situation: 10 Very short walk to Pine Walk, harbour and beach in port de pollensa. Good location for both daytime and evening.
• Installations et services: 7,5 Nice pool area. Restaurant busy in peak but very pleasant eating inside or outside in patio area.
• Personnel: 10 Helpful, hard-working and friendly staff throughout the hotel.
• Tranquillité: 7,5 Hotel becomes very quiet after about 11.30pm / midnight. Limited passing noise in road. If anything can only hear music from other hotels.
• Chambre: 7,5 Bathrooms could probably do with a refurb but still kept very clean. Suites are basic but functional and can accommodate a family of 4 albeit with 2 on pull out beds in lounge area. Bedroom with 2 twin beds is spacious. Cleaned and tidied 5 days out of 7 we were there.
• Relation qualité-prix: 7,5 Peak season always expensive but that is the nature of the market. Good value for money overall given the food offering - always plenty of choice and all you can eat. We have been 4 times in the past 12 years (including for the past 3 years running) so that tells you something. We are 2 families with four children between us between 4 and 18 years of age - all happy with their holiday!
