• Staff: 7.5 One female receptionist with glasses, long hair and no name badge came across as grumpy everytime we spoke with her. The other staff were lovely.
• Quietness: 7.5 good sound proofing in bedrooms

• Value for money: 7.5 Booked 'our best price room' on your website, but the week before I noticed we could have booked the same category room for 150euros cheaper for 3 nights. Very disappointing. A mini suite was even cheaper.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Interior of hotel and room itself very good. Pool area not so good at times , pool side bar badly understaffed and items not cleaned up around the pool
• Location: 10 Easy walk to beach plenty of bars etc
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Bars in hotel excellent value, very friendly staff
• Staff: 10 Very helpful and service with a smile
• Quietness: 7.5 Even with the close proximity to the numerous bars no problems with excess noise
• Room: 10 Had a good sized double room view over pool area. Very good quality, great shower.
• Value for money: 10 Slightly expensive but quality made up for that.
