• Positive: My wife and i enjoyed almost everything in what is a very clean and comfortable Hotel. The restaurant staff were very efficient and friendly as was the reception . Food was of a high standard and was always being replenished as needed. Drinks were very reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel.
• Negative: Our first night was a room on the second floor facing the main street, very noisy from the bar opposite. moved to a high floor pool view room next morning. Would recommend a pool view room, it is much quieter.

• Negative: We have stayed at the Presidente several times in the past & had a great cleaning service, however, we have just returned from there and were very disappointed with Isabel the cleaner on our floor (Floor 2). On 2 occasions during our 3 week stay we had to go to reception for towels as she had not entered our room at all & whenever she did the cleaning was inadequate. As this hotel has been upgraded to a very high standard, we are amazed that that have employed a member of staff whose work is so shoddy! We are back in this hotel on 5th March and we do NOT want to be put on Floor 2. Yours John William Rowley

• Negative: The breakfast area not being set up for 7.00am on our last day when we had to leave. We should have been able to get continental breakfast but we didn't have time as it wasn't set up for when the restaurant opened.
