• Staff: 5 The staff was helpful but they could be even more friendly. Also, they seemed a bit understaffed at the counter.
• Quietness: 10 It was so loud outside but quiet inside.
• Room: 7.5 For Europe, the room was a good size. I loved the free mini bar. A coffee pot and iron w/ board would be good amenities to add.

• Positive: Customer service at the front desk was excellent. Everyone was courteous and seemed most pleased that we were enjoying our stay.
• Negative: I would like to be able to borrow an iron since everything I packed got wrinkled. The laundry service seemed way too expensive though the same was true of another hotel on the same trip.
