• Location: 10 We walked to everything we wanted to see and took nearby metro to the train station.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Really didn't use, grabbed inexpensive Spanish breakfast on our way out each morning.
• Staff: 7.5 Helpful at check-in, front desk staff English speaking.

• Room: 7.5 No superior room available to book but the standard had plenty of room for 2 and a large bath with 3 plugs and an outstanding shower! Only downside was the window only opened onto a small enclosed (open top) courtyard so there was little natural light. The lighting in the room was excellent though so we didn't mind. Most other rooms would have out-facing windows. Dark wood floors and new, modern furnishings were very nice and an excellent value for the price.
