• Positive: The service was excellent, The Hotel was clean and well kept. The meals were ok but not excellent. Reception staff were always keen to help. The Grand Piano was always available for me to play. All in all a great week was spent.

• Common facilities and services: 10 Grand Piano excellent to play - daily. Very good places to sit.
• Staff: 10 Very friendly, excellent service.
• Quietness: 10 Very good during day. Evening too much noise from 7.30pm to 11 o'clock from chidren.
• Room: 7.5 Fine though pillows could be much softer.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent.

• Positive: Nice single room with balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. Good accomodation for my bike as I was on a cycling holiday. Enjoyed using the swimming pool.
• Negative: The food was plentiful and a lot of choice but the quality was not good and I ate out several evenings even though I had paid for half board.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated Hot food quality the worst I have ever had in a hotel. It seems the new owners have cut the food budget and the hot food is of the poorest quality, badly cooked, mostly cold and often inedible. Fergus hotel group shoud be ashamed of what they have done just to save a few Euros per person.

• Positive: Optimale Strandlage,schoener Pool,schoenes Zimmer mit Meer und Poolblick,Spa Bereich,sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis,tolles Frühstücksbuffet!Komme gerne wieder,war nun schon zum 2. Mal dort!
• Negative: Leider ist das Personal an der Rezeption nicht immer besonders freundlich,man hat immer das Gefühl,man würde irgendwie stören.Allerdings muß man dazu sagen,daß teilweise bis zu 100 Anreisen am Tag waren(komme selbst aus der Gastronomie).Trotzdem war im Vergleich zur Rezeption das Personal im Speiseraum,an der Poolbar etc.außerordentlich freundlich trotz des vielen Streß!!!
