• Negative: El ruido que hizo imposible el descanso. Había un elemento roto en la montera y no se nos indicó a la entrada o se ofreció otra habitación, pese a saber que probablemente nos iba a molestar.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated Elementos rotos, que hicieron imposible una estancia cómoda y desayuno escaso y no muy bien atendido (tuvimos que estar pidiendo las cosas y parecía que te hacían un favor por ponerlas)
• Staff: 2.5 En general parecen amables, pero la solución aportada cuando de madrugada acudimos a preguntar por qué había tanto ruido no tenía lógica siendo la hora que era, más aún cuando se podría haber evitado advirtiéndolo a la entrada. Al ver nuestras caras al salir (después de casi no haber dormido) nadie preguntó cómo había sido la estancia o hizo cualquier comentario más allá de un adiós y gracias.
• Quietness: Not rated El ruido de una montera imposibilitaba dormir. El aire acondicionado es ruidosísimo, no invita a estar cómodo en la habitación
• Room: 2.5 Las vistas están muy bien, pero hay elementos rotos y el ruido del aire de día y la montera por la noche

• Positive: Su situacion en el centro, pero en una calle muy tranquilo. A un paso de los sitios y museos de interes. Habitacion estupendo con vistas sobre el tajo.

• Positive: the location just past the new bridge was very convenient to everything. the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms very large.
• Negative: the front desk staff were often absent and one had to wait before getting the key to your room or asking for advice. The bed was comfortable however the sheets and towels were not very luxurious.

• Location: 10 The view is incredible from the rooms and the restaurant
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The "hot tub" wasn't heated. I didn't plan on visiting it this past trip, but I won't bother with it until summer.
• Staff: 10 Friendly and did anything they could to make my stay wonderful.
• Quietness: 10 For being in the old part of town, I had no trouble with noise at night
• Room: 7.5 Clean, great view, plenty of space, I felt very comfortable there.
• Value for money: 10 The most important category for me. Between the excellent service and the wonderful staff, I wouldn't dare book anywhere else when I return to Ronda
