• Negative: The room left something to be desired. No coffee/tea maker. No refrigerator. The lighting in the room was exceptionally poor. You could not read after sundown.

• Staff: 5 Helpful to a point. Did not tell us about options for coffee/tea. Should have explained the working of the hotel better.
• Quietness: 10 We were on the gorge and it was very quiet.
• Room: 2.5 We paid for a premium room with a view. The décor was lovely and the tub great but the lighting was terrible. One lamp and outlet did not work. Neither did the towel warmer.
