• Positive: La ubicacion esta fenomenal, barrio tranquilo. El piso muy bien en general, venia con terassa y vista. A 200 metros andando de la entrada del Prado.
• Negative: La moqueta y las fundas de proteccion de plastico de proteccion de la cama, las tuvimos que quitar. Para acceder al bano desde el salon hay que entrar en el dormitorio, asi que poca intimidad.

• Common facilities and services: 5 Closed on weekends and from 1400-1730, so difficult to get help.
• Staff: 5 Very little interaction because office was closed most of the time we were there.
• Quietness: 7.5 Loud clanking from bathroom every morning at 0900.
• Room: 7.5 Large but old.
• Value for money: 5 100 euro - inexpensive compared to other hotels in Madrid, but apt was old and very basic.
