• Cleanliness: 10 limpian todos los dias menos los fines de semana y la muchacha encargada, nelly es muy amable
• Location: 10 muy cerca del centro, de los tres museos principales, puedes caminar a todos y a la puerta del sol, a la puerta de alcala

• Staff: 10 todos muy amables y tratan de ayudar siempre, cuando llegamos no habia nadie en el frente pero dejaron un telefono para llamar y enseguida nos atendieron y tambien nelly estaba en la oficina en el primer piso

• Positive: The location was perfect. Nellie, the maid, and the janitor and one of the renters were very helpful.
• Negative: When we arrived on the 9th, we found there was no one to let us into the building or give us a key. We, of course, had no idea it was a holiday and that no one would be there. A girl entering the building brought her boy friend down to the front as he could speak English. He made a couple of phone calls and eventually found someone who told him to let us into the lobby and that someone would come with a key in an hour or so. If we hadn't made contact with the young man, we would never have been able to get into the apartment. He said that this happened quite often. Several other people from the building commented that there was never anyone at the front desk to let the temporary renters in. During the five days we were at number 9, we never saw anyone at the front desk. Nellie and the janitor were most helpful. Nellie was the one who arrived with the key and let us into the room and the janitor who spoke English was helpful also. Without them the trip would have been a disaster, as we wouldn't have been able to get into the apartment. On the positive side - every other experience in Madrid was fantastic. The food, streets and cafes, the art, the people of Madrid were the best. It is our new favorite city and would come again with no hesitation, but would find a more reliable place to stay.
