• Positive: It was very quiet and right in the centre of Madrid.
• Negative: The next subway station (Atocha RENFE/Banco de Espana/Retiro) is about 10 minutes to walk. not idel if you have a lot of baggage and little children. On our way back to the airport we took a taxi.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 No complaints whatsoever.
• Location: 7.5 We had a fantastic view from the balcony to St. Jerinimo. Prado Museum, Stock Echange and more within short walking distance.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Cafeteria and restaurant directly in the house. Many others not far away. Good if you have children with you.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful to foreigners. Good English knowledge. Very responsive, also to children.
• Quietness: 10 Located within a very quiet residential quarter.
• Room: 10 Very comfortable, nothing we missed, spacy. A good choice also for rainy days when you have to stay inside with children.
• Value for money: 10 Absolutely. We would have had to pay certainly the same or more for a one-room accomodation elsewhere while we had a 3-room/2 bathroom apprtment with balcony here.
