• Negative: Que se cobre por wifi 6€ por día me parece excesivamente caro y solamente para un dispositivo,siendo la conexión algo deficiente .la calefacion estaba muy alta en los pasillos y entra el calor a las habitaciones,demasiado calor que no correspondía con la temperatura .

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 No para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Además te venden que tiene Spa y eso no pasa de ser una piscina climatizada y un par de saunas.

• Quietness: 10 Muy tranquilo. El lugar lo invita a ello.
• Room: 5 No para un hotel de esta categoría. El baño daba lástima.
• Value for money: 2.5 Carísimo.

• Positive: - nice surrounding - good restaurant - water and fresh fruits everyday on the room - nice staff
• Negative: - housekeeping: because my room wasn`t properly cleaned and the door lock was out of order i had to change my room. But also the second room wasn`t really cleaned although i informed several people several times. I could not feel really comfortable. - The worst case in lack of cleaness were the shower cabin in the men changing room; partially damaged and completely filthy. - To take 25 Euros for a quite small Spa with quite less facilities in such bad conditions is a effrontery. - In the rooms i missed a hook for the clothes and the possibility to cook tea or coffee

• Negative: No me gustó nada en absoluto, es que la cama de la habitación hacía un ruido espantoso. Al dormir y girarme en mi lugar, del ruido despertaba hasta a mi mujer.
