• Cleanliness: 5 En la ducha no habían enjuagado el jabón al limpiar y me pegué un resbalón
• Location: 10 Entorno maravilloso de naturaleza
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y estábamos a más de 30 grados con calima. La calidad y variedad del desayuno y la cena (ambos buffet) era limitada.
• Staff: 7.5 Nos atendieron bien en todo lo que necesitamos y nos solucionaron lo que pudieron
• Quietness: 7.5 Se oían las habitaciones cercanas pero el entorno era tranquilo
• Room: 5 La habitación era grande y con vistas, pero algo anticuada y la cama no era muy cómoda.
• Value for money: 5 No es un hotel barato, aunque con la media pensión es aceptable la relación calidad-precio. El problema es que no veo que sea un 4* para lo que ofrece.

• Quietness: 7.5 In rooms under the public areas, scraping of chairs on the concrete floors noticeable.
