March/2018 Someone from comer bien y aprovechar las instalaciones y en esta ocasion no pude hacerlo por la falta de calidad por parte de ustedes....Bajo mi punto de vista thinks:

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Las instalaciones son preciosas pero en nuestra escapada por desgracia era corta y en el spa por ejemplo varios servicios no funcionaban correctamente y cuando preguntamos nos contestaron que ya lo comentarían al sstt al día siguiente.
• Staff: 10 Todos muy bien en general. Tan solo comentar un detalle, entiendo que trabajen con personal de práctica. Pero hay que explicar que el cartel de “ no molestar” es ora que nadie toque o pase a la habitación. Es tan solo un comentario de resto han sido encantadores.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated Both spa showers were broken, one of the two saunas was switched off, only part of the Jacuzzi was operational. There were no staff members available to fix this.
• Staff: Not rated Customer-facing staff need proper hospitality training. The head of the kitchen/bar was rude and abrasive. He also actively ruined pour stay. The front desk staff unhelpful; saying things like "no pasa nada" when anything went wrong. The manager, Desiree, made false promises and never so much as attempted to rectify anything that went wrong.
• Quietness: 5 We could on accession hear people on adjacent rooms.
• Room: 5 Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner should all be supplied. Also daily water.
• Value for money: 2.5 The hotel was overpriced and we had a terrible time. Such a shame, a it has the potential of being truly remarkable.
