• Negative: Pues lo que menos nos gustó fue las sábanas con el edredón incluido,o pasas calor o pasas frío. En los tiempos que corren que te cobren el Wifi en la habitación me parece absurdo,es algo que se deberían plantear y dar el servicio complerto. Que haya personal atendiendo al público y que NO hablen castellano,me parece que no da muy buena imagen al turista local,por ejemplo en recepción o en el local de Bodegas Tunte. Anuncian como reclamo gratuito el SPA y estában la mayor parte de las cabinas fuera de servicio,la piscina de hidromasaje sólo funcionaba correctamente uno de los chorros.Deberían mejorar esa prestación...es la cuarta vez que nos alojamos en el hotel.

• Negative: la escasa calidad de la comida del servicio de buffet. En la última media hora del servicio, bandejas vacías sin reponer, embutidos secos por el aire y con mal aspecto. Debería mejorarse el control: Mejora la imagen y no cuesta nada.
