• Negative: Reservé este hotel buscando pasar un día romántico con mi pareja y al llegar nos informan que no se puede hacer uso del spa porque sufre una avería; al ser fin de semana comentan que no hay servicio técnico. Me parece increíble en un hotel 4 estrellas. Evidentemente, puedo entender la avería; pero nos mantuvieron el mismo precio de la estancia y no tuvieron ningún detalle, cómo podría haber sido incluir una bebida en la cena. Así que decepcionada... si no hubiera tenido spa, no hubiera reservado en este hotel.

November/2018 Someone from Celebté mi aniversario con mi pareja y nos gustó el trato que tuvimos, las vistas son geniales y me resolvieron un problema que tuve a ultima hora con mi reserva. Lo recomiendo totalmente. thinks:

• Positive: Tuve un problema de última hora con mi reserva y me la modificaron sin problema ni sobre costo. La verdad fue un detalle y me dió mucha tranquilidad. Repetiría sin duda.
