• Common facilities and services: 5 The spa was a bit disappointing. The jacuzzi is not hot enough. It is strange that the door between the pool an spa is closed so you have to go the whole way round. And as I said before the food is TERRIBLE. We tried to order from the a la. Carte menu one night instead but it was impossible so we had to give up and go for the buffet instead.
• Staff: 5 Some staff were lovely whereas others were very rude. It varied.

• Room: 7.5 Room was lovely. However we booked a double room and were given a twin and noone seemed to think this was a problem but it was. It really made our experience a lot worse and I would have expected more of an apology or a free meal. Or something, because honeslty you can't sell someone a double room and then not provide it.

• Room: 2.5 Moviliario muy muy viejo, la cama era imposible descansar de la cantidad de ruido que hace, la bañera lo mismo y soltaba agua sucia por los chorros, etc

• Positive: Good range of food, relaxed atmosphere, generally friendly staff especially girls in restaurant, great pool and terrace, never crowded, good value, good sized rooms with superb outlook, traditional high quality building

• Positive: El lugar de ubicación del hotel.
• Negative: La comida. Ni el desayuno, ni la cena, tienen la categoría que un hotel de cuatro estrellas exige, máxime teniendo en cuenta la distancia de otros lugares a donde acudir. Necesariamente hay que mencionar la inconveniencia de los horarios para cumplir, por ejemplo, con la cena. Que haya que estar en el restaurantes antes de las 21 horas es inaudito y, por tanto, lo que de manera imperiosa debe cambiarse.
