Guests can start their day’s golf on the nearby 11-hole course of the Campo Sur de Guadalmina, which is just next to the hotel.   • Cleanliness: 10 Nothing to say, fixture and fittings are old and not necessarily good quality but nevertheless clean.
  • Location: 10 Chose this primarily for the location.
  • Common facilities and services: 2.5 For a hotel of this category and price the facilities didn't hold up. Breakfast wasn't good quality and can be improved with little effort. No glasses for juice, no eggs, cold waffles and lots of staff but nobody paying attention. The big seafront beds are 60euros a day, on the beach sun lingers 6 euros each, you should mention these are optional extras on the website.
  • Staff: 5 Not efficient and need to be asked for more teapots, more cups, even though it is onions if they look around.
  • Quietness: 7.5
  • Room: 5 Bathroom water goes hot and cold in both rooms we had.
  • Value for money: 5 Unfortunately some of the staff did not seem very motivated and we felt that hidden costs were everywhere to try and get more. 5 euro Cover charge for 2 guests to eat at the hotel restaurant. We paid 3euros in gourmet restaurants on Marbella seafront.

  • Cleanliness: 7.5 first impression good, but if you check the state of the foo for example, you will see that a brush has never reached certain places
  • Location: 10 we had a car and found that the location is excellent. Peaceful, yet within 5-10 min one can get everything
  • Common facilities and services: 5 The pool is nice. The breakfast is ok, the coffee extremely bad. The garden is fantastic. Thr "Golf" you should take out of your name as there is not even a basic shuttle service to the golf course!!! The practising facility as described was not there. So it is actually not a golf hotel.
  • Staff: 2.5 Staff working at pool and the animateurs are really great. Always with a smile, always friendly and happy. The reception and restaurant staff is a bit difficult to describe. They are not unfriendly, but being in the hospitality industry I am expecting a better, warmer, more efficient service. For example: during breakfast I had to get cuttlery for myself more than once. Or a small thing like a "happy Birthday" card is quite common in hotels around the world, but not in your hotel.
  • Quietness: 10
  • Room: 7.5 The superior room had a nice comfortable size. It was lacking a long mirror and coffee and tea making facilities, which is a basic.
  • Value for money: 2.5 I can't really complain, but I can't say that it is outstanding. I have been to hotels where I got more for that price.
