• Positive: The staff provided superb service, we couldn't have wanted for a better experience.
• Negative: Just a small thing, whilst I realise COVID-19 has had some restrictions, we tried to drink the wine from our mini bar, and had to drink this from very small cardboard cups. I think they were actually there was the espresso machine, but there were no glasses in the room.
