• Positive: El Hotel en sí, sus espacios comunes y la ubicación
• Negative: Algunos huéspedes no guardaban el código de vestimenta propio de un hotel de esta categoría. Ej: chanclas y ropa muy informal en el desayuno. Entiendo que es zona costera pero si es Gran Lujo, se debe ser más estricto en este sentido. El desayuno es mejorable, falta más variedad de repostería entre otras cosas, se queda algo escaso.

• Negative: The paper cups in the room. No signage so difficult to find areas of hotel easily. The actual hotel standards did not live up to the grandeur of the building and grounds.
