  • Positive: Propreté dans l´hôtel, la situation de l´hôtel, le personel.
  • Negative: Le parking privé a proximité. Trop compliqué pour accéder à sa voiture. Il fallait chaque fois demander la réception pour aller au garage. Il faudrait donner une carte d´accès ou une telecommande aux clients qui viennent en voiture pendant tout leur séjour...

    "Nous vous remercions de vos commentaires, nous nous sentons bien la question de l'odeur d'égout, il est un problème général de la ville, parfois, il peut arriver que jusqu'à sentir la salle de bain, c'est parce que nous sommes situés dans la partie ancienne de la ville et le problème il provient du réseau d'égout public. L'emplacement de notre hôtel est privilégié à quelques mètres du port et centre touristique de la ville. Le quartier gothique au coeur de la ville, est le plus ancien noyau et l'un des plus beaux quartiers de Barcelone et son centre historique est un plaisir de recevoir des commentaires comme le vôtre nous motiver à continuer à améliorer tous les prix de journée.La chambre varient en fonction de l'occupation de l'hôtel ou s'il y a des événements dans la ville.
