• Negative: Couldn't keep the reservation and they charged us the one nights fee. Tried to explain we no longer we coming but still was charged...over a week away from arrival notified them. Poor management and bad policy. Don't stay there!!

• Negative: concierge/reception desk staff not very friendly and not helping with luggage; we had to help 2 old people carry their luggage out while the receptionist ignored them even though one of the guests had a hard time walking due to a leg injury.

• Location: 10 No street noise came into the rooms. The garden is outstanding. Hotel is very close to escalators to old town.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Average Spanish buffet breakfast. Old fashioned food in dining room. Uneven service at the bar.
• Staff: 5 Breakfast staff was very good. Front desk a little gruff. Bar was overwhelmed with customers a couple of nights.
