• Location: 10 Al estar en el casco antiguo y justo en la muralla, es fácil de llegar al hotel y moverte desde allí a todas partes

• Staff: 7.5 Pero el personal del restaurante un poco seco, no vinieron a preguntas ni una vez si la comida estaba bien o si necesitabamos algo (extra aparte de traer elsiguiente plato)

• Room: 2.5 Las vistas fueron pésimas (habitación 112), nuestra ventana daba a un pequeño patio/"callejón" cerrado donde había unos cuantos aparatos del aire acondicionado... Y el wifi no llegaba hasta la habitación, aunque en la mesilla de noche recordaban que había wifi (y por ello tendría que funcionar!)
• Value for money: 5 El desayuno fue horrible, sabiéndolo hubiesemos desayunado fuera del hotel. La habitación estaba regular por las vistas y por el wifi que no llegaba hasta allí

• Positive: Excellent location, neat historic hotel, comfortable room and beautiful gardens.
• Negative: The restaurant staff (men in particular) were difficult. We made a reservation for 8 pm dinner and when we arrived the waiter said they would not seat anyone until 8:30 in spite of the fact that all the tables set in their garden area were empty. They did allow us to sit at a "barrel" table along the side and start a bottle of wine. Why not just take us to our table, serve the wine and wait to take our order until 8:30 if their kitchen was not yet ready to go? Crazy. They had lots of staff - all standing around until 8:30 waiting for the "commandant" to give the order to seat people.
