• Common facilities and services: Not rated I had to complain about the breakfast on three occasions. The hotel didn't even have cold milk for cereal, and given the very limited breakfast choice, there wasn't much else I could have instead. It took until my final day (I was there for 6 breakfasts) to get cold milk. We also got given a 'bread and pastry basket' upon arrival one morning, which had only one slice of bread and lots of crumbs in it. This was clearly someone's leftovers, and I was absolutely disgusted that a four star hotel would serve this for breakfast, especially given COVID concerns. I will never stay in this hotel again - stayed in 2019 and the breakfast was superb so we returned. It ruined our time in Madrid.
