• Location: 10 Right in the heart of Gran Via. It was Broadway in Madrid. Theater, stores, restaurant and plaza nearby.

• Staff: 10 Customer service was amazing. They helped with everything. I have to super thank Mario, Alicia and Fran(Francisco) for their efforts to make us comfortable and happy.
• Quietness: 10 We slept well every night that we were there.
• Room: 10 We had 2 free bottles of water every day. We were on a schedule and we didn’t have time to use the hotel restaurant or any other amenities
• Value for money: 10 We all enjoyed Dear hotel. We were out for most of the day and evening. It was perfect for us.
