• Quietness: 5 Selbst bei geschlossener Balkontür hört man nachts den Straßenlärm.
• Room: 5 Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Den Koffer kann man nur auf dem bette öffnen, um ihn auszupacken, weil man sonst nicht mehr am Bett vorbei kommt.
• Value for money: 2.5 Wir haben 166,-/Zimmer gezahlt, dafür war das Zimmer zu klein, zu laut und das Frühstück zu einfach.

• Positive: the staff. always polite, smiling and clearly working very hard. Did they ever get any time off?
• Negative: the hotels policy of taking money in advance. I paid for 3 breakfasts that we didn't have, and now the hotel refuses to refund me. This is an outrageous, and very poor practise. Imagine if it was cash in my safe and someone took it and then refused to give it back. What would that be called? The rooms were average, and unfortunately we were next to a couple who smoked. They would get up early in the morning to cough and spit very loudly for about an hour. It was disgusting.
