• Cleanliness: 7.5 Poor start in that a very dirty pair of socks had been left by previous occupant and missed by cleaning staff. That said the daily clean was very good.
• Location: 7.5 Near enough to walk to town centre or places of interest but far enough out to have a peaceful nights sleep

• Room: 2.5 Room was very small - looking at the floor plans on the different floors seemed to be one of the smallest in the hotel
