• Positive: As always the position of the Hotel
• Negative: The fact that the rooms have been graded the higher they go up I have stayed at the Hotel at least 16 times and long as paid for a seaview room I always requested a high floor and got one. I think it's rather unfair to charge more for higher floors.

• Quietness: Not rated To be greeted by reception and told our room was noisy did nothing to enhance our stay
• Room: 5 Disappointed that a premier room was so small with so little storage, and the beds were 2 x singles not zipped together
• Value for money: 2.5 Disappointed to have been told our allocated room was so noisy, and asked to pay 175 Euros for an upgrade.
