• Positive: The view!!! The room and hotel was very clean. The tea and coffee making facilities is always very much appreciated.
• Negative: This is a very small grievance. There is no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. One night there was some very noisy guests coming back to the room at 3.15am. The neighbouring guest had to knock on the door to ask for them to keep the noise down.

• Negative: The fact that I was charged for two nights when I only stayed for one despite giving lots of warning and this was my second stay. I stay in Palma for around 15 nights every year and come regularly on business. This was going to be my new regular Palma hotel but this will now be my last stay unless it is corrected. I spoke calmly with the manager but the hotel refuses to move on the position, which is very short sighted. My company has 4 superyachts for sale in the port and myself and colleagues regularly have to stay in Palma.

• Negative: not a big problem but could do with more mirrors eg a mirror over desk area. Female guests need mirrors to do hair & make up. Cannot use bathroom mirror for hair etc as no sockets
