• Location: 7.5 A lovely harbour view and not too far to walk into the city

• Staff: 10 Super warm and friendly
• Quietness: 7.5 No road noise from the room (7th floor), but some from the pool terrace
• Room: 10 Good size and layout, with a lovely bathroom
• Value for money: 7.5 The price seemed fair for the quality we received.

• Negative: The private functions that limited or denied access to the pool and sun terrace to paying guests.

• Location: 5 It is a 20 min walk into town and the surrounding area is unimpressive.
• Common facilities and services: 5 The pool and sun terrace is good, but I don't believe the management give priority to paying guests. The management should be clear at time of booking that private functions will always take priority over paying guests.
