• Cleanliness: 10 The cleanliness was 5 star with clean towels every day. Plus a basket with soap/shampoo/bubble bath etc.
• Location: 10 The location was very good and easy walking distance to La Rambla, Gothic area and Cathedral.

• Staff: 10 Very pleasant.
• Quietness: 5 Like any hotel. Peaople comeing and going till late.

• Positive: Clean and nice rooms, enough hot water in the shower, frendly staff. Breakfast ok. We got what we paid for!

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Most importantly the rooms and the reception were very clean. They are renovating the hotel and that´s why for example the stairs are not really clean right now (December 2007).
• Location: 10 We really liked this location. By metro you are three stations away from placa catalunia and not impossible to walk!

• Staff: 10 Really friendly staff.
• Quietness: 2.5 The only minus for this hotel is that too much of noise passes the room walls.
• Room: 7.5 Nice, warm room. Enough hot water for three person. Most importantly clean and cleaned every day. Again only minus is that IF there is noise in other rooms or in the street, you can hear it!
• Value for money: 10
