• Cleanliness: 10 Room was cleaned everyday and could not be faulted
• Location: 10 Easy walk into city centre
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Same areas of the hotel could do with modernising. Could do with tea making facilities in room.
• Staff: 7.5 Desk staff and cleaners were very friendly. The daytime barman on the top floor was the most miserable and ignorant I have come across.
• Quietness: 10 Our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet and peaceful
• Room: 10 Good size and layout, very comfortable.
• Value for money: 5 We were fairly happy as the room was clean and comfortable.
