• Cleanliness: 10 overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was a plus

• Staff: 7.5 bald headed bartender on the terrace level could use some lessons in customer service, but overall the staff was attentive and courteous
• Quietness: 2.5 it was hard to sleep because the noise from other rooms could be heard in our room
• Room: 10 room size was outstanding and the views from the terrace were superb
• Value for money: 10

• Cleanliness: 10 buen servicio de habitaciones,en el tiempo de desayunar ya habian hecho la habitacion y repuesto todas las facilities
• Location: 10 muy bien situado,siguiendo la misma calle del hotel en 10 minutos estas en el centro
• Common facilities and services: 5 estilo un poco anticuado,le hace falta una reforma y modernizar las instalaciones,los ascensores panoramicos son un detalle bueno
• Staff: 10 magnifico personal,muy amable y servicial
• Quietness: 2.5 la habitacion daba a un patio interior que emitia un sonido muy molesto por la noche,probablemente de el sistema de calefaccion
• Room: Not rated habitacion extremadamente pequeña,vistas a un patio interior,instalacion antigua,calor excesivo,televisor antediluviano
• Value for money: 2.5 precio de hotel de 4 estrellas para una habitacion minuscula,antigua y calurosa que no merecia mas de tres,el desayuno bien sin mas
