La suite presidencial con el grifo roto, duchas a 60 grados....llegar el dia de tu boda y esperar una hora y media porque no esta lista, dan la habitacion sucisima, una boda haciendo ruido hasta las 3 am a 10 metros de la habitacion, falta total de formalidad total, parquin al sol, acceso camino de cabras, piscina cerrada a las 18h los dos dias, mobiliario de hostal barato, pedir late check out en enero y no darmelo el propio dia, cobrar 1.5 euros por zapatillas!!!!, fianza para las toallas, es con mucho el peor hotel en el que he estado, ocupamos unas 30 habitaciones entre familiares y amigos, avergonzado de haber recomendado el hotel, jamas pense que dieran 5 estrellas a semejante sitio, pedir desayuno y esperar una hora, pedir servixio de plancha y a la hora me dan la camiaa peor porq no les funciona la plancha, el personal de recepcion con la camisa por fuera y pasando de todo, no es mi problema son normas de la direccion, pedor que lleven las maletas a la suite presidencial de un hotel de 5 estrellas y decirte que no, finalmete llevarlas diciendo que es un favor personal. Totalmente increible, al regreso de mi luna de miel pondre 7 hojas de reclamaciones por las habitaciones a mi mombre, lastima no poder poner yo las 30 hojas de reclamacion. Una autentica verguenza y mas aun si es el dia de tu boda. Eso si...preguntarte porque no lo haciamos con ellos la celebracion casi todos los dias. El personal de nuestra finca nos advirtio, ellos jamas recomiendan que te alojes en el cigarral del bosque, siendo el hotel mas proximo a la finxa y siendo un 5 estrellas, por servicio ni un hostal de carretera.
La cafeteria muy correcta menos el dia del desayuno, 2 cafes 2 sandwichs a la suite presidencial una hora esperando y hasta que no volvimos a llamar no se pusieron a hacerlo sin duda.
Realmente una autentica verguenza.
