• Positive: Very central location with parking. Brilliant breakfast lots of choice at a reasonable price but most of al THE STAFF friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome so five stars for them!

• Cleanliness: 10 Bathroom very clean. Good quality bedding
• Location: 10 Within a 2 mnute walk of the Trams. Parked the car at the hotel and used them for the whole visit. But if you want to walk very central location and able to walk to all the local attractions.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Breakfast for the price ,quantity and quality fantastic
• Staff: 10 Very helpful, polite and welcoming. I would recommend the hotel because of the staff.
• Quietness: 10 Central location but the Hotel is on a side road and all rooms face the parking area at the back so very quiet for a city hotel.
• Room: 7.5 Small room and bathroom but we knew this before we booked and the Location and parking were our top priorities.
• Value for money: 10 Good value for money would definitely recommend this hotel and use others in the chain.
