• Common facilities and services: 2.5 el desayuno buffet era malo. Jamón duro, resto de productos escasos
• Staff: 5 debido a la averia del aire y del jacuzzi, pedi cambio de habitacion y me la concedieron, pero antes y mientras miraban la averia hasta que teóricamente la habitacion estuvo disponible, perdi un tiempo ya que nos tuvimos que salir de la habitación e irnos a la calle de paseo porque el calor era insoportable. Finalmente al no poder arreglarlo nos dieron otra y suerte que el jacuzzi funcionaba, porque nos dijeron que podrían arreglarnos el aire, pero no el jacuzzi porque la persona de mantenimiento ya se habia marchado. Pedí al dia siguiente salir un poco mas tarde, sobre las dos, pero me dijeron que eso tenía un suplemento. Creo que por compensar el tiempo que me hicieron perder el dia antes, me lo tenian que haber concedido.

• Common facilities and services: 10 The rooftop bar was fun. The breakfast the next day had many delicious options. The restaurant area was beautiful.

• Room: 10 The room had ample space with a nice balcony. The room had fresh decor and excellent bedding. We had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay.
