• Negative: Ruidos porque la terraza estaba justo encima de mi habitación y de los pasillos y baños porque las papeles deben ser de papel y sobre todo, que la nevera no funcionó durante mis últimos 3 días de estancia (fue informado a recepción y el último día nos ofrecieron como compensación una copa en la terraza, cosa que no me pareció compensara 3 días sin nada frío en Toledo con ola de calor).

• Location: 10 Esta justo debajo del Alcazar
• Common facilities and services: Not rated Sólo tiene la habitación y el desayuno en el restaurante. Carece de Bar-restaurante el resto del día ni de ninguna otra instalación de ocio en el hotel
• Staff: 2.5 El primer muy bien, la atención el resto correcta, pero no me dieron solución al tema de la nevera, cosa que me hace valorar la atención recibida a la baja.
• Quietness: 2.5 Entre la terraza, baño, pasillos y sus ruidos, no le puedo valorar muy bien.
• Room: 5 La habitación es sencilla pero esta bien. La cama es cómoda y el baño bonito. El armario tiene incluido la nevera en el interior con lo que no es recomendable cerrarlo porque parece un horno con el calor que la nevera desprende. El kit de aseo le falta una crema, un clima seco y pasas varios días, al final la tienes que comprar.
• Value for money: 2.5 No le doy fatal por la situación y xq el desayuno no está tan mal, pero no le doy una puntuación buena porque en todo lo demás salimos descontentos.

• Negative: El desayuno: los panecillos estaban duros parecían del dia anterior y el zumo de máquina es horroroso, tiene un sabor muy artificial. Faltan huevos revueltos, baicon, salchichas o algo parecido.
