• Positive: The charming hotel itself and the location. The reception staffwere very efficient and helpful, but rarely smiled.
• Negative: The noise from the bar across the street. The transportation arranged by the hotel to the airport. The van was not very clean, quite old and the engine did not sound good. I wondered if it was properly insured for carrying passengers.

• Staff: 7.5 Although very efficient and helpful, the front desk staff were not very cheerful. Maybe that is just the way it is done in Paris.
