• Staff: 7.5 han sido amables, aunque no podían solucionar nuestro malestar, lo cuál también es comprensible

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Bedding and bathroom very clean carpet however had seen better days. However the lobby and restaurants were very clean.
• Location: 7.5 Beautiful view and everywhere a quick taxi ride away 6/7 euros not accessible on foot.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Lovely facilaties unfortunetly we went after the 15th September so the pool was closed for winter but we knew this when booking.
• Staff: 7.5 Staff helpful and polite though rudimentry spanish would help any traveller in Toledo, some staff spoke English.

• Room: 10 No complaints fabulous view with Balcony though make sure you get a room overlooking the pool otherwise you will face a car park
• Value for money: 10 Yes breakfast was very varied the hotel an oasis of calm.

• Location: Not rated It takes nearly an hour to walk to the centre of Toledo.Taxi one way is about 7 euros Bus drops you off nearly a mile from Hotel
• Common facilities and services: Not rated Anything extra has to be paid for. Nothing is included in price i.e room safe or gym are all at a price.
• Staff: 7.5 no problems with staff
• Quietness: 7.5 Did not notice any noise
• Room: 5 all typical rooms
