• Negative: The Room. We requested a double room and wsere given a twin room. When we asked to have it changed they caused a big scene in reception shouting at me. It seems they are a business venue and dont really cater for couples and so have almost no double beds. We brought a group of 40 guests to the hotel that had attended our wedding in a neaarby beautiful venue. We were very sorry as it was not ok.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Old common areas in need of renervation but was quite clean
• Location: 2.5 beside motorway. can hear traffic from rooms and very poor views of carparks.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Food was not 4 star food.
• Staff: 5 One of our guests were in a wheelchair. when we booked his room they showed us a special seat they had so he could use the bathroom facilities. We arrived and asked for it, they said no problem but it never arrived. Very confrontational when we asked for our room to be changed.

• Room: 2.5 CAR PARK OR MOTORWAY VIEW
• Value for money: 2.5 I wouldnt book here again going on my experience.

• Location: 7.5 Nice spot and rfeasonably close to Toledo town
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 All sartisfactory, though lack of kettle in room was disappointing and meant unable to make any tea or coffee at our discretion
• Staff: 10 Polite, helpful, and very informative
• Quietness: 10 Slept well, no disruption at all.
• Room: 7.5 Sadly ended up with a car park view, but friends had pool view room and it was excellent
• Value for money: 7.5 Would use the hotel again, good value overall.
