• Positive: I liked the helpful reception I got when I arrived. I was directed to your underground car park where I was met by the bell boy who led me to your own car park area. My bags were taken together with me back to the hotel reception to be logged in and issued with cards for my room beach towels etc. I immediately felt welcomed and relaxed.
