• Staff: 10 Good old fashioned polite service without the excessive "chumminess" some hotels insist on.
• Quietness: 7.5 Very good, considering you are in a very busy part of Santander.
• Room: 10 Junior suite had an excellent layout, partially dividing bedroom from lounge. Two very large windows giving wonderful views over the harbour.
