• Positive: Bahia is a fine hotel in the centre of Santander. The rooms are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff are most helpful and speak good English. The hotel is about 200 metres from the ferry terminal and not much more from the bus and train stations. The Tourist Office is close by, in the small park area.
• Negative: Internet wi-fi access is free and my only slight grumble was having to sign on each session and get rid of the Telefonica broadband advert.
