• Negative: The gym is horrible and extremely limited, the restaurant was closed, the pool and lounge area around it are tiny, in the thermal spa, the whirlpool was not hot, but rather room temperature, the cold immersion pool was also room temperature, the snacks in the mini bar were crap and over priced, the front desk provided inaccurate information about local gyms and beaches, my room was warm and housekeeping constantly shut my ac when I left,
