• Quietness: 5 The music from the Sky Bar can be heard at night. All the bedroom doors slam and make the walls shake and some mornings (early) the cleaners can be heard preparing.
• Room: 7.5 Overall good but starting to get a bit worn in places e.g. the desk was chipped.

• Positive: Nice size of rooms, modern design, lots of storage space, roomy shower. Beautiful roof top bar with nice views.
• Negative: The spa facilities are odd. All public spaces (including lobby, bar, restaurant, elevators and floors to the rooms have a chemical odor from spa in 2nd basement). Spa doesn't offer proper massage tables. The hotel is not well maintained. Paint and wallpaper were coming of the wall in our bathroom. The cleanliness of the hotel was bad, also in the breakfast room. Note that the restaurant listed on their web site is no longer in business.
